At Window Supply, each order is processed and manufactured to your specific requirements. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been confirmed.
Please ensure that all product details, sizes, colours, and specifications are correct at the time of ordering. Once production begins, changes cannot be made, and payments are non-refundable.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@windowsupply.co.uk with photos and details of the issue. In such cases, we will review the situation and, if applicable, arrange a repair or replacement according to our warranty terms.
