Processing & Production Time

Because each order is made to your exact specifications, production and preparation times may vary depending on the product type. Typical lead times range from 2 to 10 weeks. Once your order has been confirmed, our team will provide an estimated delivery date.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Delivery charges and estimated times are calculated at checkout or confirmed after purchase depending on product size and destination. Large or heavy items (such as doors and glazing units) are shipped via specialist couriers to ensure safe handling.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery upon arrival. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us at info@windowsupply.co.uk with photos and order details.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United Kingdom. For export or special delivery requests outside the UK, please contact our team before placing an order.
